Fall 2020 Veterans Day Events

Minnesota West is proud to honor and remember our Veterans and Service Members. We have several events planned collegewide. Please join us as we honor all who have served.
In honoring our Veterans, please consider bringing non-perishable food items or personal hygiene products to donate to our Campus Food Pantries.
Canby Campus
The Canby Campus will hold a Veterans Day Program for all students, faculty and staff in the Commons on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 beginning at 9:00 a.m.
The program will be divided into three time periods to allow for social distancing and sanitizing between programs. The program will be approximately 20 minutes in length. Coffee, Water and bars will be served.

Granite Falls Campus
The Granite Falls Campus will host a program beginning at 11:30 A.M., followed by a meal, sponsored by the Student Senate.
Jackson Campus
The Jackson Campus Student Senate members will purchase gifts and write thank you cards to share with local Veterans. The Jackson Campus will stream a TedTalk on PTSD and Veterans on November 11, 2020 at Noon, cookies will be served in the Commons.
Pipestone Campus
The Pipestone Campus will stream a TedTalk on PTSD and Veterans on November, 11, 2020 at Noon, bars will be served. Please see Zoom link below.
