Admitted Student Information

admitted studentsOnce you have applied and been admitted to the College, you will need to complete a few more steps in order to become officially enrolled as a student at Minnesota West.

Complete these steps as early as possible. If you need assistance, you can contact any of our campus Advisors

Follow these steps:

  1. Have your StarID/Password available.  If you don't have a StarID, follow this link to activate your Star ID.
  2. Apply for Financial Aid and Scholarships.
  3. Sign up for your Advising and Registration Session with an Advisor to talk about your plan and register for classes.  Please note that being accepted to the college does not guarantee you a spot in a program or course. Classes are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and you must register for classes to be guaranteed a spot.
  4. Sign up for an Orientation Session.  Orientation sessions are offered via ZOOM and in-person.  The same information will be covered at each session, so you only need to sign up for, and attend, one session prior to the start of your first semester.
  5. Access your Student Email Account.
  6. Search for Student Housing
  7. Buy your Books.
  8. Pay your Tuition and Fees.
