Alumnus Now Dietician

My path to possibilities started at Minnesota West Community & Technical College. Minnesota West gave me the knowledge, flexibility and confidence I needed to find and achieve my educational and career goals.

After high-school graduation, I was not ready for the commitment of choosing a four-year degree - I had not yet found my calling in life and I was unprepared to spend thousands of dollars figuring it out at a university.  

At Minnesota West I gained an associate’s degree and the hands-on knowledge I needed to smoothly transfer to a four-year institution and enter the dietetics career field.  Minnesota West helped me figure out who I was and what I wanted to be.
