Agco Donates Equipment

With the recent partnership with AGCO, Minnesota West Community & Technical College Diesel Technology program has received their first donation of an engine and wheel motor.

The engine will used by students in the Diesel Engines class while the wheel motor will be used during the Powertain class. “These donated training aids are very beneficial to our student’s hands-on learning needs” says instructor Peter Girard.

AGCO’s partnership will provide scholarships, training aids, training materials, and internships to the Diesel Technology students. As well as these benefits to our students, our instructors will receive training seminars on new technology.
