Looking for Interns

Three representatives from the global power company, AES, who maintain a wind farm in Lake Benton, MN, visited with the first year Wind students regarding summer internships.

They are looking to fill four temporary positions to assist with rotor removal, rebuild, and replacement as well as possible servicing, trouble shooting, and other day to day operations of the wind farm. The four students chosen will be employed after spring semester ends in May and work until classes resume in August.
