One Stop Services - Coming Soon
In an effort to better serve our students, Minnesota West is moving to a “one stop” student services model. You will see some changes on your campus starting March 11, 2013.
Each campus will have a resource specialist dedicated to answering your questions. This person should be able to answer about 80 percent of your questions, eliminating the need for you to talk to several people to get things done. If the resource specialist cannot assist you, he or she will make sure you get to the right person.
Additionally, we have a college communication center, also staffed with resource specialists. In the event your campus person is not available, you will be able to talk to communication center staff by calling the college at 800-658-2330 or through Ask JAY on the website.
