Other specialized rooms/space or combination of rooms/space will be negotiated on a case by case basis. List of additional charges:
- Groups in excess of 100 may require additional clean up time at a rate of $20 per hour
- Users will be assessed a $100 charge for additional garbage pick-up, if warranted
- Miscellaneous items including, but not limited to:
- H.O.T. network fees (as charged by S.H.O.T.)
- Locker room - $40 per locker room
- Stage lighting - $30 per hour
- Piano fee - $25 (tuning at your own expense)
- Scoreboard - $30 per hour
- Risers - $25
All facilities inquiries should be directed to the Campus Dean or the Facility Use Coordinator at each campus for charges and availability.
Minnesota West reserves the right to reject room requests if they are determined to be inconsistent with its mission, vision and values.
