The Agricultural program is designed as a stand-alone degree or to lead to a 4-year institution in several broad agriculture areas. The Liberal Arts program is a great place to start your career. The program leads to a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. The Liberal Arts program tests several occupational areas. Create a well-rounded education with basic fields of human knowledge.
The Mechatronics program integrates mechanical, electronics, fluid power, and computer control systems to create automated manufacturing production systems. The program is well-rounded and teaches technical skills. Prepare for a position as a technician in robotics, industrial manufacturing, fluid power, electronics, and process control automation.
The Nursing program is built to teach you the vital skills in nursing. Through, lectures,
labs, and clinicals, you gain real-world knowledge that will prepare you to join the
ever-growing career of nursing.
The Occupational Therapy Assistant program is an accredited healthcare career that
works with people of all ages, diagnoses, and living situations. This two-year program
will set you on a path of patient care and helping others.
The Peace Officer program offers small class sizes, individualized attention, and
is focused on modern 21st-century education. Experience hands-on training that will
prepare you for the demands of a Peace Officer career. Start your calling after graduation
or seamless transfer to a university.
Center for Career Education
The Center for Career Education CCE provides learning space for the Mechatronics program
to help train maintenance workers in electronic controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Minnesota West purchased and remodeled the former Worthington Fire Hall in 2013 for
career training.
