The Liberal Arts program is a great place to start your career. The program leads to a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. The Liberal Arts program tests several occupational areas. Create a well-rounded education with basic fields of human knowledge.
The Mechatronics program integrates mechanical, electronics, fluid power, and computer control systems to create automated manufacturing production systems. The program is well-rounded and teaches technical skills. Prepare for a position as a technician in robotics, industrial manufacturing, fluid power, electronics, and process control automation.
Center for Career Education
The Center for Career Education CCE provides learning space for the Mechatronics program
to help train maintenance workers in electronic controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Minnesota West purchased and remodeled the former Worthington Fire Hall in 2013 for
career training.
