Current students and prospective students can submit a question. We offer a knowledge base for common questions/answers. Current students can submit questions related to D2L, computer, Zoom, e-mail, eServices, student account, and more.


IT >

Employees can submit a ticket to communicate to the IT team or read knowledge-base articles.


Facilities >

Employees can submit a ticket for all general facilities requests. This includes electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, housekeeping, maintenance needs, and more.


Marketing >

Employees can submit a request to plan and share events & news, request: website edits, flyers, social media postings, business cards etc.

We offer campus tours and informative sessions tailored to your interests. Whether you're a high school student, a transfer student, or someone considering returning to education after some time, our campus visits are crafted to provide you with a comprehensive overview of what we have to offer.

You'll have the chance to visit classrooms, labs, libraries, and other essential facilities, providing you with a clear sense of the environment where you'll be learning and growing.

In addition to tours, we offer a series of information sessions that cover various aspects of college life. These sessions include presentations on Registration, Financial Aid, Books, Student Account/E-mail Questions, and all things college-related.

Tuition Payment Plan - Nelnet

Payment plan that allows students to make monthly payments for tuition & fees and required textbooks & course materials.

Through an agreement with Nelnet Campus Commerce, these payments will be automatically processed each month on designated dates during the term. Students will be charged a payment plan fee by Nelnet Campus Commerce.

Simple steps to enroll in a tuition payment plan:

Log into your e-Services Student Account.
On the left-hand navigation menu, select Bills and Payments.
Then select Nelnet/FACTS Payment Plan.
Eligible terms for payment plan enrollment/plan management are listed as options from which to select.
Select the term you wish to enroll or manage.

Payment Methods:

  • Automatic bank payment (ACH)
  • Credit card/Debit card (An additional convenience fee will be assessed)

Payments are processed on the 5th or 20th of each month and will continue until the balance is paid in full. You must have a minimum balance of $100 to budget through the automatic payment plan. 

Cost to participate:

  • $20 enrollment fee per semester (ACH & Credit card)
  • $30 nonrefundable returned payment fee if a payment is returned
