Navigate is designed to improve processes and bring students, faculty, advisors, and other staff together to support students with their academic progress.
Faculty and staff can use Navigate360 to create appointments, issue reports and alerts, read advising notes and search for and message students.
Ways Navigate Supports Student Success
Faculty
- View student profiles for greater awareness of each student’s plans, needs, and progress.
- Submit early alerts that allow for targeted intervention by advisors and other support staff.
- Access communication tools to contact students and schedule appointments when needed.
Advisors
- View information on student profiles, alerts, notifications, and responses in one place.
- Schedule appointments, create appointment campaigns, and track student engagement.
- Create targeted outreach to specific student groups during enrollment or advising campaigns.
Staff
- Send focused messaging to student
- Make tutoring or advising appointments on others’ behalf
- Send alerts to students to promote events around the college
Coaches
- Track study hours for student athletes

Administrators
- Use Population health analytics to track performance and progress indicators
- Use Historical trend analytics to identify patterns of student success and institutional obstacles in students’ paths.
- Use Predictive analytics to facilitate timely and proactive care across various student groups.
