Roxanne serves as the Workplace Solutions Coordinator for the college and Diversity Activity Coordinator on the Worthington Campus. In these roles, Roxanne actively promotes Customized Training in the workplace for students and staff alike.

In addition, Roxanne is the Community Health Worker Program Advisor, Instructor, and Internship Coordinator at Minnesota West. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her work, guiding students through their educational journeys and connecting them with valuable internship opportunities to ensure practical, hands-on learning. Her efforts in advising and teaching empower future community health workers to make a meaningful impact in their communities.
