Kourtney attended Minnesota West as a PSEO student in high school, majored in Elementary Education at the University of Sioux Falls, and earned her master’s in Teaching English as a Second Language from Western Governors University. She has spent over 10 years teaching in the Worthington School district and values her time she has spent working with diverse populations. Kourtney has developed many relationships in the local community, those relationships are valuable in her current role of organizing field placements for students in education courses here at Minnesota West. Teaching is a passion for her and she’s grateful to be able to share that passion with aspiring educators.
