Jermaine Smith joins Minnesota West after coaching at various universities and teams. He brings over 20 years of coaching experience, including roles as a Defensive Analyst, Special Teams Coordinator, and Linebackers Coach.
As a former top-ranked collegiate player, he also gained professional experience in leagues like the AFL, CFL, and NFL. Additionally, Smith is actively involved in community service, having founded a non-profit organization in Charlotte, NC, aimed at assisting at-risk youth.
His extensive background in football, coupled with a dedication to community engagement, makes Smith a valuable addition to the Minnesota West football program.
