Minnesota Board of Dentistry Requirements
Every regulated dental professional will be required to maintain a professional folder. Failure to maintain a portfolio may result in disciplinary proceedings. Professionals will be required to retain documentation for their current 2-year biennial cycle and prior cycle.
The portfolio must include:

Proof of current certification in a Healthcare Provider CPR Course.

Proof of completing Board Developed Self-Assessment.

Documentation of the required number of hours per professional, in that two of the courses were covering subject matter in at least two of the following core subject areas: Infection Control, Medical Emergencies, Patient Communication, Recordkeeping, Treatment & Diagnosis.
