Minnesota West's Surgical Technology program is a 2-year A.A.S. degree program that provides classroom instruction and supervised clinical experiences that will prepare you to be vital member of the surgical team.
As a graduate of the program, you will be eligible to take the Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Credentialing Exam offered by The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).

The Surgical Technology program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) in collaboration with the American College of Surgeons (ACS) and the Association of Surgical Technologists (AST) based on the recommendations of the Accreditation Review Council on Education in Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting(ARC-STSA).
