Former Students Returning

Welcome back to Minnesota West. We would like to assist you in completing your education or in beginning a new major or career area.


If you have previously attended a Minnesota West campus, follow these instructions for admission.

  1. Contact the student services office of the campus you plan to attend and request that your file be reactivated.

  2. Contact the campus transfer specialist or advisor to have your transcript evaluated.

  3. Your campus advisor will determine which courses you need to complete your program or will advise which credits would be accepted in a new program or major.

  4. Your campus advisor will assist you with registration.

  5. Submit the required immunization form. All students born after 1956 are required by Minnesota Law to provide proof that they have been vaccinated against diphtheria, tetanus, measles, mumps, and rubella. If you are enrolled in a totally online program/degree, you should contact your online advisor to see if you need to complete this form.


Optional Form:

The College provides several support services to help students succeed. In addition to providing accommodations for disabilities, available services include tutoring, help with study skills, computer assistance, and more. If you believe you could profit from such services, complete the support services form and return it to your campus student services office.
