Minnesota West Community and Technical College (MW) is proud to announce that it has been recognized by Intelligent.com, a trusted resource for online degree rankings and higher education planning, for its excellence in online education. The college has been ranked among the best online associate degree programs in six different fields: healthcare administration, administrative support, medical assisting, information technology, accounting, and communications. MW has also been ranked as one of the best community colleges in Minnesota.

Intelligent.com's institutional rankings, which are set apart from other conventional ratings, are deemed the benchmark of academic evaluations for online and hybrid programs. They evaluated hundreds of schools and programs based on curriculum quality, graduation rate, reputation, and post-graduate employment. The 2024 rankings are calculated through a unique scoring system that includes student engagement, potential return on investment, and leading third-party evaluations. Each program is analyzed and compared to 17 industry standards to determine the final score.
