Do you need help finding student housing in Worthington?

The city of Worthington is a growing and vibrant community. It is a safe, diverse place with high rates of employment. It is a great city to be a part of! However, off-campus housing in Worthington can be difficult to locate because of these reasons.

In an effort to provide all incoming students with the most up-to-date housing available in and around the community, please fill out the following form with your information. The information from the Worthington Housing Assistance form will be used to inform area landlords of students seeking housing. It does not guarantee that the student will be placed or provided roommates. Ultimately, it is still the responsibility of the student to locate, contact and agree to a lease with off-campus housing.

City of Worthington - Lake Okabena For most rentals in town, renters are expected to pay the first month of rent, plus deposit, plus utilities deposit up front - often on a 12-month lease.

Students living off-campus are expected to uphold the student Code of Conduct. We will counsel our students on being good neighbors and, if necessary, inform parents about student conduct.
