Enrollment/Degree Verifications


Minnesota West has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse - My Student Center website to provide students with an online service where they will be able to login and print an enrollment verification certificate. This certificate can be presented to health insurance agencies, housing authorities, banks, etc., as verification of enrollment at Minnesota West.

The National Student Clearinghouse also provides instant online verification of student enrollment and degrees to employers and various other businesses based on an individual’s status as an enrolled student.

Student Status is defined as:

  • Full-time status - 12 or more hours

  • Half-time status - 6-11 hours

  • Less than half-time - 1-5 hours

Note:
Students who need GPA or grades reported should request a transcript.  Insurance companies often accept an unofficial transcript.
