Minnesota West respects and understands the importance of privacy and security for our Web site visitors. Our policy is to collect no personal information about you when you visit our Web site unless you choose to make such information available to us.

Student directory information may be released without the student’s written consent. Directory information includes: name, address, email address, I.D., photo, telephone number, date and place of birth, major field of study, participation in officially recognized activities and sports, weight and height of athletes, dates of attendance, date of graduation, degrees, certificates and awards received, enrollment status (e.g., undergraduate, graduate, full-time, or part-time), and the most recent previous educational institution attended. If you do not want your directory information released, you must notify the Office of the Registrar in writing.
