Welding Awarded For Curriculum

Minnesota West was recognized by Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for a 2015 Academic and Student Affairs Award for Excellence in Curriculum Programming for the Welding Certificate Program. 


The Excellence in Curriculum Programming is for programs that produce graduates ready to take on the challenges of life after college and demonstrate they are in demand by having consistently high enrollments and high graduation rates.


The Academic and Student Affairs Division of the system office works with system institutions to identify and meet shared priorities so they can better serve their students and communities. 


Minnesota West's Welding program was recognized throughout the state at the ASA Leadership Conference at Cragun’s Resort in Brainerd, MN.
