Polaris Donates Equipment

The power sports program at the Jackson campus of Minnesota West Community & Technical College recently received a 2005 Victory motorcycle donated by Polaris of Spirit Lake, Iowa, which has previously donated or deeply discounted motorcycles (right), snowmobiles and ATVs for students to use during training exercises that involve computer control, power commanders, tire rotation and fuel injection.

Current students include (front, from left): Shane McCabe and Luke Bergey on the motorcycles. Back: Andrew Dalton, John Wagner, Rilyn Muller, Dylan Majerus, Caleb Hakes, Bryan Dodge, Eli Licour and instructor Ed Reinders.

“Polaris has been very generous to us,” Reinders said. “They are very nice to work with and a great company.”
