Hatha Yoga
Worthington Campus, Center for Health and Wellness, Room 302
May take both sessions.  Instructor: Margaret Hurlbut-Vosburgh.
Whether you are new to the practice of yoga or a practicing yoga student, this class is for you. Hatha Yoga helps with flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, deep relaxation, and a general sense of well-being. Students will learn a range of yoga poses and gentle stretches to revitalize and keep the body in natural alignment.

Pilot Car Certification
9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Minnesota has passed new laws requiring the drivers of pilot cars and escort vehicles to hold a current Minnesota State Patrol certification. This initial certification will need to be completed before the end of 2013.

Current certified driving record needs to be submitted to:

In September, we will explore the phenomena of upcycling, taking something that most likely would be discarded and repurposing it to create value. Project options will include using wine bottles, vinyl records, books, and game boards to create  sconces, tiki torches, lamps, a purse or a chalkboard.

October 15, 2013
In October,  we will have fun using household supplies to create beautiful marbled fabrics. With this project option, you can make a scarf, pillow or  wall hanging.

In November, we will let you explore fresco and multimedia and create some unique Christmas ornaments. Several options to choose from!
