Technical Issues

  1. Check your computer by doing a system check (link to system check is on the D2L login page).

  2. After logging in, review the Frequently Asked Questions on the D2L home page.

  3. If you are still unable to resolve the technical issue, contact the Help Desk.

  4. Please have this information ready when you contact the Help Desk:

    • Computer Operating System, e.g. Windows XP, Windows 8.0.

    • Browser version, e.g. Internet Explorer 8.0.

    • Internet connection, e.g. dialup, cable.

    • Time of problem.

    • Any error message.
