u.select

u.select is a free multi-state, web-based transfer information system that provides you with fast and accurate course and transfer equivalency information.

You have direct access to information on courses, course equivalencies, and program requirements among participating institutions across Minnesota and the United States. u.select enables you to immediately see how courses will transfer and apply towards a degree at a u.select institution.

Using u.select, you can

• view course equivalency guides to see how courses transfer from one institution to another.

• view degree program requirements to see what is expected to complete a particular degree program.

• import your coursework and grades from Minnesota West and any other MnSCU school that you have attended for use in running a planning guide. Instructions on how to import courses can be found at http://www.dars.mntransfer.org/updates/documents/pdf/Import_Courses_Feature.pdf

• run an unofficial planning guide (degree audit) to see how courses may transfer and apply to a degree program.

• view course descriptions directly from u.select or from any u.select institution's website.
