Fluid Power Technology

Fluid Power is the active partner in motion control technology. It is the less visible technology that uses hydraulics (pressurized oil) or pneumatics (pressurized air) in partnership with electrical/ electronics to provide the world with unprecedented control of force, torque, positioning and motion. In hydraulics, cylinders and motors exert great force and torque in a minimum of space. In pneumatics, compressed air operates cylinders with remarkable speed, safety and reliability. The combination of Fluid Power systems with advanced electronics adds sophistication and flexibility to brute strength and high speed, making your world a better place to live.

It provides several career choices for an individual with lots of opportunities in each career area. These include both desk type work or hands on type of work whichever is of interest to you. It allows flexibility if you want to change at a later date as well.

Excellent starting wages are available in this field depending on location and responsibility.
