ISRS for Faculty

Enter Grades
Log into ISRS now.

  1. Login with your tech id and password.

  2. Choose Class Management from the left menu.

  3. Choose Grade & LDA Entry. The default is the current semester with a link to change it, if necessary.
  4. Select a course.

  5. On the right, choose View/Enter Grades to view the class roster of students.

  6. In the next window, you can either choose Select All to enter all grades, or select only a few students for grade entry.

  7. Enter the letter grade from the drop down menu in the first box.

  8. Click on the drop down menu in the second box if you need to enter a "+" or "-".

    Note: A helpful link, "Tips for Grade Entry" is at the top right of class list.

  9. You may choose to Save Draft Grades.

  10. It is a good idea to print a copy of your entered grades. Choose PDF/Print.

  11. Choose Post Final Grades at the bottom of studend listing to post grades to the student record. A window will display asking you to confirm your request by entering your password again.

  12. Verify all grades entered are correct and then click on the Post Grades button.

  13. You will receive a confirmation that grades have been posted.

    The window displays all students in the course for which you just entered grades.

  14. Faculty members can only enter grades for a short period of time.

    The grading window closes 4 business days after the last date of the semester.

    Any grades changes, or grades that did not get entered, will need to be turned in to the Registrar's Office.

  15. Logout when finished.
