Currently there are no classes scheduled. Below you will find a description of the classes that we will be offering. More may be added at a later date.
DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES:
Access 2007 Level 1: Explore database concepts, the Access program, and wizards. Work with tables, forms, reports, queries, import, export, and link objects.
Access 2007 Level 2: Explore relational databases and data entry rules. Work with advanced queries, form design, reports, and charts. Access Level 1 or equivalent experience is a prerequisite for this class.
Excel 2007 Level 1: Explore spreadsheet concepts, the Excel program, and Web features. Work with data entry and editing, worksheet modifications, functions, formatting, printing, and charts.
Excel 2007 Level 2: Explore worksheet and workbook options, protection, audit features, and workgroup collaboration. Customize Excel, work with advanced charting, formatting, list management, and templates. Excel Level 1 or equivalent experience is a prerequisite for this class.
Outlook 2007 Level 1: Learn the essentials of Microsoft Outlook 2007 from an expert instructor who's already helped thousands become productive and confident with previous versions of Outlook. Get up and running quickly with the most important aspects of the program.
Outlook 2007 Level 2: Explore the expanded features of Microsoft Outlook 2007 and learn to use the powerful tools to enhance your organization and efficiency.
PowerPoint 2007 Level 1: Explore the PowerPoint program and basic presentation development. Work with formatting, drawing tools, graphics, tables, and charts. Discover how to enhance a presentation and delivery methods.
PowerPoint 2007 Level 2: Learn how to use Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 to create impressive slide presentations filled with formatted text, images, video, audio, animation, charts, and hyperlinks. Find out how to save your presentations so you can share them with others over the Web or on CDs.
Publisher 2007 Level 1: In this hands-on, project-oriented class for beginners, you'll learn how to design, create, and publish a wide variety of stunning documents using Microsoft Publisher 2007. If you're looking for a quick, easy, and inexpensive way to produce professional brochures, newsletters, flyers, or even a Web site, Microsoft Publisher 2007 is your solution! This affordable and functionality-packed program can take you to levels of design expertise you never dreamed possible.
Word 2007 Level 1: Explore the Word program and document creation. Work with text, formatting, editing, tables, page layout, and proofing tools.
Word 2007 Level 2: Explore sections, columns, printing options, and table formatting. Work with imported data, styles, headers and footers, graphics, templates, and collaboration tools. Word Level 1 or equivalent experience is a prerequisite for this class.
Word & Excel 2007 New Features: In this course, you'll learn how to use the new features of Microsoft Office 2007. You'll get comfortable creating Word documents, Excel spreadsheets. On the surface, MS Office 2007 looks a lot different than previous versions (no more menus or toolbars!), but by learning to understand the dramatically changed, Ribbon-based interface, you'll quickly get back on the road to productivity. Before you know it, you'll be using each program with ease, accomplishing your work faster, and creating documents that look better than ever!
